How to cancel a subscription
The caregiver subscription is bought through the App Store, so it is cancelled with Apple: open Settings on your iPhone › tap your name › Subscriptions › TRASTA CARE › Cancel Subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel it. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How to delete your account
In the app: Profile › Settings › Delete account. Your profile, requests, responses and messages become inaccessible to other people, and personal data is removed. This cannot be undone, and it does not cancel an App Store subscription.
If something looks unsafe
Every profile and every conversation has a way to report or block the other person. Use it — we read those reports. If someone is in danger right now, call 911: this app is not an emergency service and cannot summon help.
What TRASTA CARE does not do
We do not verify identity, run background checks or confirm certificates, and we are not a party to the arrangement between a family and a caregiver. Care is agreed and paid directly between the two people.
